Finance Business Partner - Energy

For our client, a multinational company, BIA HCS is looking for a Finance Business Partner - energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare business reports of the energy companies containing income/expenses related to energy activity along with operational data;
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for production/supply and distribution streams
- Monitor operational activity across the countries and corroborate with the budgets
- Prepare supporting information for internal and external stakeholders (regular or ad-hoc requests)
- Analyze variances vs the budget and forecasted results, identify drivers for change and risks
- Provide accurate and timely deliverables
- Collaborate with business and finance teams
- Have proven experience with working efficiently and have influenced the results of the sector involved
Requirements:
- Strong teamwork attitude.
- Knowledge in respect of the accounting principles
- Experienced in budgeting processes
- Strong analytical skills and independent work ethic
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Effective communication skills and assertiveness
- Financial simulation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP/accounting software is a plus.
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
