Responsabilitati:

BIA HCS is recruiting a Senior Recruiter for its client, a multinational company operating in the engineering and consulting sector.

  • Identify and attract technical experts across various specializations, aligned with tender requirements and technical specifications.

  • Publish recruitment announcements on specialized platforms and manage candidate pipelines.

  • Maintain and update the internal database of expert CVs.

  • Prepare and validate candidate CVs, ensuring full compliance with eligibility criteria (experience, certifications, education, similar projects).

  • Collect and verify all supporting documents (CVs, diplomas, recommendations, declarations).

  • Collaborate closely with the bidding team to define required expert profiles and support the proposal process.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with experts for future tender applications.

  • Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn, professional networks, and internal/external databases.

  • Perform preliminary discussions and interviews (phone, online, or face-to-face).

  • Track and report recruitment status for all ongoing searches.

  • Propose strategies to attract specialized experts in niche or shortage areas.

  • Contribute to the overall tender preparation process.

Cerinte:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in technical or engineering fields.

  • Strong understanding of tendering processes and expert eligibility criteria (nice to have).

  • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with professional platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases).

  • Ability to assess candidate suitability based on strict technical and compliance requirements.

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple profiles simultaneously.

  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with deadlines.

  • English proficiency (written and spoken).
