Country Sales & Distribution Manager

Responsabilitati:

For our client, a multinational company in the automotive industry, we are recruiting a Country Sales & Distribution Manager.

  • Coordinate and support the entire sales network in Romania.

  • Achieve sales goals and oversee the development of the sales and aftersales network.

  • Monitor and manage the vehicle pipeline to ensure target fulfilment.

  • Prepare product and pricing materials for the Romanian market.

  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales (actual vs. planned).

  • Identify opportunities for dealer expansion, customer acquisition, and market development.

  • Increase market share by driving new car retail sales.

  • Manage major account sales activities and negotiate pricing and discounts with dealers.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop sales and support teams.

  • Communicate results and reports regularly and transparently.

  • Formulate and adapt sales policies, procedures, and practices to align with BRAND International guidelines.

  • Contribute to the achievement of yearly targets as part of the Management Team.

  • Participate in shaping the long‑term strategy of the company.

Cerinte:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in management and team leadership, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the Romanian automotive market.

  • Solid understanding of sales management and automotive profit centers.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Strong team‑player mindset.

  • Category B driving license.
