Responsabilitati:

Responsibilities:

 - Overall decisions and responsibilities in the organization and functioning of the company;

- Participate in operational decisions as part of management team;

- Representation in relation with third parties – Romanian authorities, banks,  suppliers , customers, other organizations;

- Organization and supervising of the work of all employees;

- Identifying opportunities to improve business performances;

- Offering support to the sales people, participation to customer visits, involving in negotiations;

- Calculation and establishing end-user prices together with head of departments;

- Establishing  the  Credit Limit and payment term for each customer in cooperation with the sales people and had of departments;

- Evaluation  the potential of the customers, credit risk analyze ;

- Prepare the yearly  budget   in accordance with the objectives of  local company  & group;

- Setting the monthly target for sales and money collecting;

- Permanent monitoring of the sales,  money collected and expenditures versus  budget; framing in the budget of incomes and expenses;

- Ensure compliance with obligations to authorities, banks, suppliers, customers, employees;

- Signing the contracts with suppliers, customers, hiring  personnel,  payments orders;

-  Controlling all administration issues of the company;

-  Takes care of the good image of the company.

 

 

Cerinte:

Requirements

- Management knowledges;

- General knowledge of the Romanian business environment;

- Knowledge of sales and negotiation, concluding contracts;

- Economic knowledges, capability to analyze the financial situation of the company;

- Knowledge of the legislation in domain, tax regulations, labor legislation.

Education and Experience

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leading position;

- University degree preferable in business administration, management, economic, juridical;

- Fluency in English.

- Able to evaluate and make decisions;
