Responsabilitati:
For our client, we are recruiting a Sales Manager for their premises based in Bucharest
Responsabilities:
- Achievement of objectives set by B2B Sales Manager.
- Identify and Acquire new clients by following the B2B Sales Process.
- Prospecting of new clients.
- Maintaining the existing clients
- Generate proposals.
- Following up appointments and proposal with prospects and existing clients.
- Closing deals and signing contracts.
- Recording all above activities into internal systems and complete all related administrative tasks.
- Ensure timeline and sales results as expected; optimize sales results.
- Provide weekly feedback to the B2B Sales Manager
Cerinte:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English (in both speaking and writing) is a MUST
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM Database
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Strong sales experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Knowledge of strategic planning
