- Planning and coordinating all administrative tasks;
- Management, selection and filtering of phone calls;
- Managing the correspondence (letters, in-mails, emails);
- Managing the documents for approvals, internally or externally;
- Managing the workflow approvals and invoice classification in SAP;
- Taking care of booking flights/hotels/cars;
- Performs word processing work and writes documents, letters, presentations, according to the instructions received;
- Keeps and updates the professional agenda;
- Prepares meetings rooms, video-conferences;
- Establishes contacts with suppliers and other entities.




- Previous experience in a similar position – at least 2 years;
- Written and spoken English, professional proficiency;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong communication & organizational skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Reliable, flexible, responsible;
- Results oriented;
- Client oriented;
- Proactive, innovative and creative;
- Teamplayer.
