Responsabilitati:

BIA HR is looking for a Human Resources Manager for one of its clients, an important company in FMCG. The HR Manager will report to the HR International Manager and dotted line to Romania's Comercial Director and Factory Director. He/she will lead a team of 3 members (HR inspector, receptionist, company driver).

Location: Bucharest

 

Responsibilities:

1. HR programs and Employee life cycle

-Coordinates implementation of services , policies and programs related to human resources ;

-Mediates labor relations between management and employees of the company ;

-Manages staff movements (promotions , employment , output);

-Reports (via external HR services provider) Labor Contract, suspensions, unpaid leaves, absences, contract termination;

-Ensures compliance with labor laws for all staff processes: hiring, promoting, child care leaves, unpaid leave requests, labor contract adendums, contract terminations;

- Manages the recruitment process and resourcing provision for the company, in accordance with the business plan, ensuring efficient and cost effective service;

-Collects recruitment requests from the hiring managers; consults them in recruitment related matters: clearly defining job description and job specifications, setting the ideal candidate profile, choosing the proper recruitment methods and sources, etc.);

-Coordinates periodic employee evaluation programs at intervals agreed with the leadership of the organization;

-Develops and updates existing job descriptions;

-Maintains and updates the company organizational chart whenever this is necessary ;

-Ensures all employee receive the needed equipment when hired (phone, laptop etc.);

-Checks and updates the employee records according to labor legislation;

-Issues all documents requested by employees (medical certifficates, income certifficates, employment certifficates etc);

-Supports and helps organise all training programs.

2.  Payroll

-Requests from other departments , checks and updates the necessary payroll data ( timesheets , salary change proposals , proposals received , the situation of the leaves , absences ) ;

-Communicates the  amount required for payroll and taxes to the Accounting Department  ;

-Ensure the timely transfer of staff salaries in correct bank accounts;

-Calculates monthly needs for meal tickets, issues the order, distributes and keeps track of meal vouchers and pay slips.

 

3. Reporting

-Makes specific internal reporting and as required by management or Central  HR;

-Follows up on salary and overtime costs;

-Shares employee tax records .

 

4. Third parties

-Negotiates contracts with suppliers (security company, occupational medicine, HR services provider, employee transportation company etc.) and follows-up on their proper functioning ;

-Evaluates and manages changing of contractors if needed;

-Manages the contract and responsibilities of the occupational medicine company, ensuring all employees take the employment medical exam before hiring ;

-Collaborates with the company that provides payroll services , preparing employment contracts, termination of  business, unpaid holiday requests and timely registration of internal reports by State authorities ;

-Oversees the proper functioning of the security guard company and compliance procedures ;

-Plans, organizes and supervises the activities of the administrative department .

 

5. Job Authority

- Represents the company in dealings with public authorities for personnel matters .

-Negotiates employment contracts clauses within the limits established / agreed general direction .

-Signs monthly payroll, monthly statements to state institutions , employee certificates .

-Proposes and implements salary changes in accordance with company policy.

- Requests employee information/documents related to human resource issues of the company.

- Requires compliance with  human resources management regulations and proposes penalties for employees that do not comply to them.

- Endorses : evaluation sheets , leave requests , schedule changes , bonuses/penalties for subordinate staff .

- Support/reject management proposals related after the trial period of the company's employees ( motivating the refusal) .

Cerinte:

-University degree, Psychology or Industrial Engineering  preferable;

-Minimum 4 years in an HR generalist role with great understanding of the national labour conditions;

-English language  - advanced level;

-Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP is preferable;

-Working experience with Blue Collar: recruitment, retention, motivation, would be a real plus;

-Experience in FMCG production;

-Very good planning and organizing skills;

-Very good written and verbal communication skills, persuasive;

-Ability to prioritize and attention to details;

-Consistently demonstrates strong leadership skills

-Serious person and ability to work indepently;

-Commitment;

-Ability to deal and comply with company workflow and stakeholders ideas;

-Open-minded person;

-Good Negociation skills.

Beneficii:

Type and duration of the contract: Undetermined period, 90 days probation period

Number of days of annual vacation: 21
