Responsabilitati:
For our client, an important company acting in the audit field, we are recruiting an HR Business Partner.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manages Hiring and Recruitment Process
- Selection and Hiring Process (New Employees, Pool of Subcontractors)
- On-boarding process
- Manages Performance and Development Process
- Support the corporate process
- Support and Counselling to Employees and Managers
- Managing Engagement Surveys (and others) and Follow ups
- Employees' Training and Development to assure required professional competencies (Collecting Training Requirements, building a Training Plan & its Execution)
- Succession planning
- Manages Employee Relationships
- Managing relationship with employees representatives
- Managing individual relationships with employees
- Manages the HR administration
- General Administration (contracts, state requirements fulfillment, personal files, timesheets)
- Creating / updating local HR Policies as per legal and corporate requirements
- Manages reporting and budgeting
- Corporate Reporting
- Maintains the HR budget and delivers the KPIs agreed with the business;
- Manages different HR systems (Success Factors, payroll system, e-learning platform, etc)
Cerinte:
Job requirements:
- University degree (MA)
- Relevant HR experience (min 5 years in a similar role), preferably in multinational service organizations
- Experience with organizational transformations
- Strong understanding of employment legislation in Romania
- Experience with trade unions
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good networking and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Counselling skills - able to effectively build relationships by establishing trust and credibility.
