Responsabilitati:
BIA HR is looking for a person for the position of IT Support Engineer for a company in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
• Support end-user IT requests and incidents business applications and software solutions;
• Take ownership of requests and incidents reported, offering solutions by his own or coordinating resolution efforts;
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues;
• Follow standard procedures to appropriately escalate issues to the respective internal teams and provide prompt and accurate feedback to all involved parties ;
• Ensure proper recording, continuation, and closure of issues through ITSM applications following processes that are in accordance with group policies
• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge database as required;
• Application and systems testing contribution is required to confirm operations as expected to support delivery of required business and IT changes and projects delivery;
• Collaborate with ΙΤ teams and experts in line to support IT controls and audit requirements that ensure business performance and continuity ;
• Contributes to the development of internal procedures and instructions, for example: Authorization Policy, Access to the software system, end-users How-TOs and manuals etc.;
Cerinte:
• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Very Good knowledge of English language;
• SAP application support experience would be a plus;
• Experience on different ERP systems is considered a plus;
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft software and products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong Customer Focus and pleasure to work in a dynamic environment;
• Advanced organization skills;
• Problem solving ability;
