BIA HR is looking for a person for Assistant Manager position, for our client, an important company from the transport industry.
- Keeping track and up dating the Organzational chart of the company;
- Assisting turkish collegues with issues such as family doctors registations and consultations, medical investigations,etc;
- Drafting and concluding employee agreements/ addendums;
- Making sure the health and security instruction of the employees are up to date and signed by all employees;
- Keeping track and updating the Intenal Regulations provisions depending on the legal or internal modifications;
- Assures logistic arrangements for meetings;
- Maintaining communication with all the landlords and solving any issue related to the rented apartaments of the company
- Knowledge of primary accounting and human resources;
- English language skills - advanced level;
- Good knowledge of using the Microsoft - Excel /Outlook package;
- Good communication and relationship skills;
- Ability to organize and prioritize;
- The person attentive to details and with a sense of responsibility;
