Responsabilitati:

BIA HR is looking for a person for Assistant Manager position, for our client, an important company from the transport industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping track and up dating the Organzational chart of the company;
  • Assisting turkish collegues with issues such as family doctors registations and consultations, medical investigations,etc;
  • Drafting and concluding employee agreements/ addendums;
  • Making sure the health and security instruction of the employees are up to date and signed by all employees;
  • Keeping track and updating the Intenal Regulations provisions depending on the legal or internal modifications;
  • Assures logistic arrangements for meetings;
  • Maintaining communication with all the landlords and solving any issue related to the rented apartaments of the company

Cerinte:

  • Graduate;
  • Knowledge of primary accounting and human resources;
  • English language skills - advanced level;
  • Good knowledge of using the Microsoft - Excel /Outlook package;
  • Good communication and relationship skills;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize;
  • The person attentive to details and with a sense of responsibility;
