BIA HR is looking for a person for the position of Economist - open position for a medical company.
Responsibilities:
-Support of the local Management Team;
-Maintaining the relationship with the company's customers, suppliers and banks;
-Monthly reconciliation between balance sheet and details - advance payments, customers/suppliers aging reports;
-Preparation of balance confirmations in relation to suppliers;
-Intercompany management- review intercompany balances;
-CAPEX management - follow up on capital expenditure, review spending according with the approved projects;
-Accrual computation by comparing monthly expenses and explain PL variations;
-Support for financial and tax audits;
-Preparation of specific reports requested by the group;
-Keeping evidence of insurance policies and follow reconciliation to balance sheet;
-Assisting with the implementation and maintaining of Unit4 as the Group’s accounting / reporting software;
-Data backup and organization of files structure on local network and checking agreements/addendums completion and validity;
-Preparation of certain reports requested by local authorities;
-Info collection for various reports and comparisons, statistical reports, reports requested by the authorities, ANMCS, etc.;
-Coordination and organization of various correspondence between centers;
Requirements:
-Excellent interpersonal skills: bringing energy, positive mindset, ability to influence and convince;
-A combination of strong analytics and business acumen, commercial sense as well as customer centric approach;
-Successfully completed university economic studies;
-Good English skills, second foreign language relevant;
-Between 1 - 3 years of experience;
