Responsabilitati:

BIA HR is looking for a person for the position of HR Business Partner, for an important partner in the medical area.

RECRUITMENT:

  • Coordinate all recruitment activities for medical and operations staff in our clinics from posting an ad to a signed employment contract.
  • Ensure we have enough staff in our clinics to deliver our medical services.
  • Be always on lookout for other sources of staff, be creative and very action-oriented to cover seasonality.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:

  • Ensure access to relevant training & development.
  • Liaise with clinic managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training.

PAYROLL:

  • Manage the relationship with the externalized HR Admin service provider.

PERFORMANCE CULTURE:

  • Keep an eye on individual performance levels, initiate actions and advise on our performance management culture.
  • Manage Comp & Ben process.
  • Be an everyday ambassador of our organizational culture and a trustworthy partner to the entire management team.

Cerinte:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare HR;
  • Experience in recruiting medical staff (doctors, assistants, scanning operators);
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks;
