Responsabilitati:
BIA HR is looking for a person for the position of National Sales Manager, for an important partner in the medical area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop medical sales strategy for each vertical: MRI, CT and PET-CT;
- Develop sales through our local and national partners (Key Accounts);
- Develop and manage the medical representatives team;
- Provide clinical support to clinicians and partners;
- Meeting the sales targets established by the Company’s management.
- Analyses on a frequent basis the relationship between Medima and the clinicians, monitors the satisfaction level of our service and makes proposals for optimization;
- Review periodically the universe of clinicians and make recommendations for optimization;
- Analyses the market, prices, trends of the relevant competitors;
- Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team;
Cerinte:
- Previous managerial experience in Healthcare industry;
- Solid experience in sales management of medical services;
- Excellent influence and negotiation skills;
- Mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
- Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills in English;
- Availability to travel;
