For our client, a multinational company acting in FMCG industry, we are recruiting a Financial Controller.
Responsabilities:
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of Group’s budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare the commentary for the variances by liaising with all the budget holders in order to give all the necessary details for taking proactive actions
• Support the Group CFO in the preparation of the Board packs and the presentations to the banks
• Support the Group CFO in the preparation of the business policy and the Cash flow Reports
• Working with the global team to ensure accurate reporting in accordance with applicable GAAP
• Ensure the timely monthly preparation of the management accounts of the group companies
• Review the management accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness
• High-level financial reporting and analysis
• Plan and organise the Group’s annual audit work
• Liaise with auditors and facilitate the audit for all companies in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards
• Identify any tax exposure of the group companies
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or other related field
• ACCA/CPA/ACA qualified
• 3+ years' post qualification experience in a senior finance/reporting role
• Strong financial and accounting skills
• Strong ability to implement and monitor internal controls
• Effective project management skills
• Strategic finance and tax planning
• Powerpoint, Excel & BI software
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is a must
