Responsabilitati:

For our client, a multinational company acting in Medical industry, we are recruiting a Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

  • Compilation and consolidation of monthly management reportings;
  • Support in and develop further the monthly closing process;
  • Continuous Improvement of effective Finance and Admin processes;
  • Assisting in the preparation of relevant decision papers for strategic and financial decisions on Group level;
  • Primary contact person and Coordinating the relationship with , tax advisors, local banksetc.;
  • Support of the local Management Teams;
  • Maintaining State of the Art Controlling- and Finance processes;
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and deepdives on center’s operative and financial performance;
  • Implementation and maintaining of Unit4 as the Group’s accounting / reporting software;
  • Organization, Coordination and preparation of the country’s budget, forecasts and long-range plan processes;
  • Ensuring the compliance with tax and corporate law requirements (together with the respective tax advisor);
  • Liquidity management;
  • Maintaining good working relationships with all internal and external customers and business partners;
  • Initiation and execution of improvement projects;

  • Successfully completed university studies of business administration with majors Finance, Accounting, Controlling;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a Finance department of an international group, or from a Big4-Audit firm;
  • Fluent English skills, second foreign language relevant;
  • Very good people skills;
  • Experience in an international and dynamic environment;
  • Very good IT-skills (MS Office), Unit4 preferred, strong technical knowhow and feel familiar with data processing;
  • IFRS-knowledge is a plus;
