Responsabilitati:
For our client, a multinational company acting in Medical industry, we are recruiting a Financial Controller.
Responsibilities
- Compilation and consolidation of monthly management reportings;
- Support in and develop further the monthly closing process;
- Continuous Improvement of effective Finance and Admin processes;
- Assisting in the preparation of relevant decision papers for strategic and financial decisions on Group level;
- Primary contact person and Coordinating the relationship with , tax advisors, local banksetc.;
- Support of the local Management Teams;
- Maintaining State of the Art Controlling- and Finance processes;
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and deepdives on center’s operative and financial performance;
- Implementation and maintaining of Unit4 as the Group’s accounting / reporting software;
- Organization, Coordination and preparation of the country’s budget, forecasts and long-range plan processes;
- Ensuring the compliance with tax and corporate law requirements (together with the respective tax advisor);
- Liquidity management;
- Maintaining good working relationships with all internal and external customers and business partners;
- Initiation and execution of improvement projects;

- Successfully completed university studies of business administration with majors Finance, Accounting, Controlling;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Finance department of an international group, or from a Big4-Audit firm;
- Fluent English skills, second foreign language relevant;
- Very good people skills;
- Experience in an international and dynamic environment;
- Very good IT-skills (MS Office), Unit4 preferred, strong technical knowhow and feel familiar with data processing;
- IFRS-knowledge is a plus;
