Sales Director Telecom&IT;
We are seeking an ambitious and customer oriented Sales Director for our client a successful company in telecom and IT. The successful candidate must have more than 5 year’s sales experience in Telecom business or with IT Integrators, with detailed knowledge of such markets. She/he will be responsible of leading with passion an experienced sales team, business development and the commercial activities.
-Prepares market and target customer strategies for the company, defines go-to market;
-Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan;
-Responsible for the establishment of both, annual and monthly sales objectives in alignment with the Company's business plan;
-Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company, responsible for revenue assurance;
-Generates and achieves forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis;
-Identifies trends and monitors competition in the market and if is necessary, amends the sales and go-to market strategies;
-Motivates and develops the sales team: hunting, farming, pre-sales, telesales, sales support;
-Executes performance management, provides constant feedback and takes appropriate measures in case of low performance.
- >5 years experience in leading a sales team (more than 10 members) with proven results;
-Key account management exposure with a strong customer orientation;
-Sales Budgeting and financial understanding;
-Knowledge of reward and incentives systems for sales teams;
-Has a can-do attitude with passion and enthusiasm;
-Hands-on approach and leads by example;
-Assertive and diplomatic, with the ability to gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations;
-Strong communication and presentation skills;
-Ability to zoom–in, zoom–out as required and attention to detail;
-Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, multitasking;
-Forward thinker, creative, efficient problem-solver.
