Responsabilitati:
BIA Human Capital Solutions is looking for a person for the position of Operation Director, for an important partner in the medical area.
1.Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall
goals and objectives
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including scheduling, staffing,
budgeting, and inventory management
3. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including
the medical team, vendors, and clients
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
and develop plans to address any issues
5. Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to ensure that they meet or exceed
performance targets
6. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that all operations are in line with
clinical guidelines and regulatory standards
7. Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure that they have the skills
and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for
operational efficiencies and implementing solutions
9. Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement processes that ensure
the highest level of service delivery and patient care
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Cerinte:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related
field; Master's degree preferred
2. At least 10 years of experience in operations management (of which 5 years with
people management experience), with a proven track record of success in managing
complex operations and driving operational efficiencies.
3. Experience in industries championing customer satisfaction with lean operations,
such as manufacturing, telecom, banking, retail or healthcare.
4. Lean operations experience, where Six Sigma/Green to Black Belt optimization
certifications are a plus
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and
develop solutions quickly
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with internal and external stakeholders
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on
collaboration and teamwork.
