Responsabilitati:
BIA HCS seeks a dynamic and experienced financial and business leader with superb financial, strategic, and operating skills to fill the key position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The new hire is directly responsible for all financial functions in the finance and accounting department. The CFO serves on the Leadership Team and is the liaison to the Board of Directors on the financial development of the Group. Responsibilities include management of the central school unit and the management of future educational units.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions-making
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of annual budgets and multi-year business plans
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly / quarterly basis for reporting purposes
- Supervise and support the finance and accounting team in day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions to enhance financial processes
Cerinte:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Qualifications (ACCA, CFA) constitute an advantage
- Proven experience in financial management with at least 7 years of experience
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
- Experience with financial management of non-profit entities constitutes an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Native level of Romanian, advanced level of English is required
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a finance team
