Responsabilitati:
For our client, a multinational company from auto industry, we are recruiting an After Sales Zone Manager.
- Communication and support to the Romanian dealer network and final customers;
- Daily technical, warranty and parts assistance/support service for the network;
- Implementation, management of follow up of technical and warranty programs;
- Preparation of technical reports, follow up, escalation to manufacturer;
- Handling manufacturers technical documents/procedures in local language(workshop procedures, service bulletins, campaign descriptions);
- Help dealer network regarding technical information , Parts Catalogue;
- Support in organizing and execution of technical trainings;
- Regular dealer visits;
- Drive aftersales audits;
- Support development of Romanian dealer network;
- Monitor dealer and customers satisfaction, identification and implementation of relevant corrective measures;
- Increase parts turnover and market share;
- Meet specified manufacturers standards;
- Achieve and maintain optimal service level, support external and internal customers.
Cerinte:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in sales;
- Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction;
- You keep your pipeline accurate and your forecast updated for management;
- Experience of business development, account management and cross-selling;
- Good knowledge of English.
