Sales consultant

For our client, a multinational company from auto industry, we are recruiting a Sales Consultant.
Responsabilities:
- Follow Sales Process at all times;
- Answering phone calls and making appointments where applicable;
- Sending personalised customer videos to customers;
- Communicating with the bank or with other financing providers to propose finance and ensure payout prior to vehicle collection;
- Correct use of Credit/Debit card machine for deposit payments;
- Create all documentation when selling vehicles;
- Ensuring sold cars are prepped on time for handover;
- Ensuring all sold cars are fully paid for prior to release;
- Ensure the store and all display areas are clean, tidy, free from clutter and are compliant with store standards.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- A Minimum of three years experince in sales;
- Experience in the automotive area;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
- English language - advanced;
- Driving license, category B;
- Proactivity and initiative in order to achieve monthly performance objectives;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills;
