For our client, a multinational company from auto industry, we are recruiting an Administrator.
Responsabilities:
- Responsibility for managing the administration area at the retail store;
- Ensuring sold cars are registered correctly and on time;
- Preparation of Invoices, vehicle registration and all documents prior to handove;
- Archiving of minutes and mail and other documentation;
- Assisting managers in organizing and holding receptions for external visitors;
- Assistance in the implementation of HR functions in the retail unit;
- Adding invoices to the Mojarhiv system;
- If necessary, performing other work and tasks in the department and in other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus;
- Experience in the automotive area;
-Organization and strategic planning skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
- English language - advanced.
