Marketing & PR Coordinator

For our client, a multinational company from auto industry, we are recruiting a Marketing &PR Coordinator.
Responsabilities:
- Co-create marketing communications campaigns, coordinate the flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy.
- Supervise social media outreach via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and coordinate email or direct mail campaigns.
- Coordinate and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, and speaking proposals.
- Promote products and services through PR initiatives, and handle the fleet of press cars.
- Create and distribute customer surveys in cooperation with the CRM department.
- Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities, track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
- Produce additional marketing communications, such as flyers, POS, and exhibition-related projects.
- Organise the production of branded items and support the Dealer Network with all necessary marketing materials.
Requirements:
-Graduate (Marketing, Social Science, etc.);
-Similar marketing role within or outside the industry;
-Excellent command of English;
-General understanding of all required Marketing concepts, Digital and CRM;
-Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills;
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office computer programs;
-Ability to work in a team;
-Driving license B category.
