Responsabilitati:

BIA Human Capital Solutions is recruiting a position of Legal Advisor, for an important Private Equity Fund.

  • Supports the fulfilments of the KYC and AML obligations of the Private Equity Fund entities.
  • Complies with national and European legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Coordinates with the Dutch Fund Administrators the fulfilment of all regulatory requirements (filings, reporting, statutory meetings etc).
  • Drafts all corporate documents needed for the governance of the Private Equity Fund entities and portfolio companies and supports with the execution of said documents.
  • Ensures that minutes are kept of all statutory meetings and that legal requirements for the meetings are fulfilled.
  • Drives the basic revision of primary legal documents: consulting contracts, NDAs, rental contracts etc.
  • Ensures adequate archiving of all documents in preparation for audits.

 

Cerinte:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • 2-5 years working experience as a corporate lawyer.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a large number of processes at the same time, while paying attention to details in each one of them.
  • Legal/compliance mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent working English proficiency (half the job requires professional English communication).
  • Continuous learning and development mindset.
