Responsabilitati:
BIA Human Capital Solutions is recruiting a position of Financial Controller, for an important Private Equity Fund.
- Supports the Private Equity Fund entities with their controlling needs: invoicing, cash management, coordination of financial closing processes etc.
- Cashflow management
- Ensures legal compliance: payment of taxes, maintenance of appropriate records, submission of filings etc.
- Maintains relationships with banks and ensures compliance with credit contracts covenants
Cerinte:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business.
- 2-5 years working experience as a financial controller.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a large number of processes at the same time, while paying attention to details in each one of them.
- Legal/compliance mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent working English proficiency (half the job requires professional English communication).
