Finance Business Partner

For our client, a multinational company, BIA HCS is looking for a Finance Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare business reports containing income/expenses, CAPEX and operational data
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for income/expenses and CAPEX
- Prepare monthly accruals for income/expenses
- Prepare supporting information for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify variances between actual and budgeted results, identify drivers for change and comment upon them
- Support decision making with data analyzed
- Correlating operational information with financial impact on the numbers
- Provide accurate and timely deliverables
- Collaborate with business and finance teams
- Continuously drive and contribute to seeking efficiency in the processes across the team to improve working practices and experience for stakeholders
- Have proven experience with working efficiently and have influenced the results of the commercial sector
Requirements:
- Strong teamwork attitude.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance/controlling; familiarity with local GAAP and preferably IFRS is needed.
- Experienced in budgeting processes.
- Strong analytical skills and independent work ethic.
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Effective communication skills and assertiveness.
- Financial simulation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP/accounting software is a plus.
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
